Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY: Our warranty covers cast iron and steel bathtubs in private homes for 5 years. For rental or other uses, the warranty lasts 2 years. It safeguards against issues like peeling or adhesion failure of the refinishing materials but applies exclusively to noncommercial usage.
The warranty becomes void if any of the following conditions occur:
- Damage, chips, or nicks result from sharp or falling objects or misuse.
- Staining or discoloration occurs due to chemicals, bleaches, rust, hair dyes, or abrasive cleaners.
- Movement in the substructure leads to cracks or splits in the refinished surface or grout lines.
- The refinished surface degrades due to lack of cleaning.
- The property's status changes from private to commercial or rental without notification.
If a problem happens that is covered by this warranty, Red& S Group will take one of these actions:
- Repair the damaged area.
- Refinish the entire fixture.
- Refund the cost of the job to you.
This warranty doesn't cover caulk, plumbing, or shower doors. Travel charges may apply if your fixture is outside our service area. To avoid voiding the warranty, notify Red & S Group within 72 hours of any issues.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Use only cleaners free from abrasives, bleach, or chlorine.
COLOR: The standard color for Red & S Group is off-white.
PLUMBING: Our workers are not trained plumbers and cannot do plumbing work. As a courtesy, they may help remove or replace pipes or fixtures if you ask. Any damage will be your responsibility. Sometimes, we may need to remove or loosen handles, spouts, drain pieces, or overflow covers. Unless the pipes or fixtures are old or damaged, we will be responsible for those items. Please tell our workers or the estimator if your plumbing is old or in bad shape. This way, we can take the proper precautions or leave it alone.
CURE TIME: The fixture must cure for 24 hours after our workers finish. Do not use the fixture during this period, and keep the refinished/repaired areas dry.
